HMM Differential Drive Handwheel Hydraulic Motor
Multi-Turn Actuator
An actuator designed for operation of multi- valves by a hydraulic system as specified by MIL-P-18111A.

|
|
Features
- MIL-P-18111A operation - Operating pressure range from 350 to 900 psi
- Two hydraulic motors are available
- The mil spec hydraulic motor is built to MIL-P-18111A and constructed of nickel aluminum bronze with bronze and stainless
steel gears, shafts and fasteners
- An optional Gerotor type motor has also been upgraded for use in the marine environment with bronze housings
- Hydraulic power unit operation - Operating pressure from 350 to 900 psi with the MIL-P-18111A motor and to 3000 psi with
the optional motor
- Constructed of silicon bronze cast housings and covers, with manganese bronze main shaft, stainless steel handwheel shaft
and fasteners. All units are submersible and can be provided with an explosion proof limit switch compartment
- Limit switch compartment - Adjustable cam actuated limit switches are included within the large switch compartment. No external
linkages susceptible to damage or corrosion exist between the valve stem and the limit switch mechanism
- Differential drive handwheel system - The differential drive handwheel allows use at any time without the need to engage
or disengage the handwheel. This system assures the capability of manually operating the valve regardless of the condition
of the motor. A frozen or contaminated hydraulic motor will not interfere with manual operation
